Yes, renter's insurance is required.  If you do not have your own policy, you will automatically be enrolled into our Master Policy

What's Included

We do not include utilities in the rent.

All units are unfurnished.

Residents pay an additional community fee of $145 per month on top of rent.  They are also responsible for payment of their water/sewer bill & electricity.

Leasing Process

Residents can apply directly from the website to secure an apartment.  Once an application is submitted, you will be taken directly into the screening process.  After screening is reviewed and approved, we will send out your lease documents and welcome letter.

The Application Fee is $50 and our Administration Fee is $100.

Your lease can be signed electronically through the resident portal, or in person.

Living at Infinity at the Park

Rent is paid directly through the resident portal.  Tenants also have the option to pay rent in person via money order, check, or cashier's check.

Water is billed directly to your rental account each month and is paid through the resident portal.  For electricity, residents are required to set up an account through Nashville Electric Service and pay directly to them.

Valet trash is picked up from the door Sunday - Thursday.  There is also a trash chute located on each floor for additional items needing to be thrown away.

Maintenance requests are entered through the resident portal, or by contacting the leasing office.

We have 24-hour emergency maintenance available, which can be reach by contacting our leasing office number.

Our fitness center is open 24-hours and the pool/skydeck area hours are 6am - 10pm.

Yes, we are pet friendly.

No smoking is allowed on property.  Tenants are required to be respectful of their neighbors regarding noise and trash pick-up.  We do not allow subletting on property or units to be listed on AirBnb.

Yes, we offer apartment transfers for a $500 fee.

Key fobs are used to enter exterior doors to gain access into the building, they are also used to open the parking gate.

Packages and mail are picked up directly from the leasing office.

The deposit ranges from $150 up to 1-month's rent.

Residents need to pay their Security Deposit, Pro-Rated Rent, & Pro-Rated Community Fee.

A 10% late fee is applied on the 6th of each month.  Residents are given a 5-day grace period.

Yes.  Residents are required to give a 60-day notice and pay a 2-month buy-out fee to terminate their lease.

Yes, we have a multi-level gated garage on-site.

Guests will need to utilize the street parking nearby.

Guests are welcome to stay with residents with a 7-day overnight limit.  They are required to follow all community guidelines and policies.

We offer 3-16 month leases.

A 60-day notice is required.
